Welcome to U-GotCash! By registering as a member, and/or using the services of
U-GotCash.com domain you agreed to comply with this agreement enforced by
U-GotCash. We highly recommend that as you read this agreement check the links
indicated for further details. From time to time we make changes to this
agreement but prior to that we inform members through emails or postings on our
website. Should you object to any amendment made, the only resort is to
withdraw your membership and discontinue the use of any service provided by
U-GotCash. This Agreement is effective on September 15, 2007.
You signed this agreement once you registered for an account. This agreement is
between you and U-GotCash.com. As a U-GotCash user you also agree to abide to
all the terms of use and conditions enforced by U-GotCash from which this
agreement and privacy policy are both integrated.
Funds/Withdrawals
As a user you acknowledge that once you failed to fund your account within 1
week, starting from the first day of your registration, U-Got Cash has the
right to terminate your account after the 30 days grace period (30 days after
the 1 week probation). You also agree as a member that any withdrawal that you
will make is subject to the processing charges or fees indicated by
U-GotCash.com.
Transactions
To all transactions you make within U-GotCash you agree to abide to any or all
conditions being followed by U-GotCash enable to process all your transactions.
Fees/Penalties
You agree to reimburse U-GotCash, a member or a third party to any penalties
that you have incurred. Please check our Fees/Penalties page for details.
You acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed our terms and
conditions regarding the fees and penalties.
Disputes among Users/Members
You agree that U-Gotcash is not liable to any disputes between you and the
companies or third parties that you transact with.
Copyright and Trademark Infringement
Any act of infringement to the copyright and trademark laws from which
U-GotCash is bound by, as a user, you consent that proper court procedures will
be enforced.
Amendment
You acknowledge that this agreement may be modified if needed with or without
the prior consent of users. Should you have any objections regarding the
modifications made your only recourse is to terminate your registration and
discontinue using any of the services provided by U-GotCash.com.
Entire Agreement
This agreement is between you as a User/Member and U-GotCash. You acknowledge
that you have read and understood everything that is included on this
agreement.
