For ACH transactions you agree and understand that once your transaction is processed you cannot make a debit return without prior notice to UGC Customer Care. You understand that this is to secure all your transactions within UGC. You consent that any ACH debit return on your account without prior notice to UGC is considered a fraudulent activity and will be dealt accordingly;
