collect member’s data. You accepted this policy once you agree to sign up an
account with us. This policy may change anytime if considered necessary but we
will provide you information or updates prior to the changes that we made. Last

The term member’s data describes any information that can be associated with a
particular individual that enables to identify the user. Information that is
anonymous or has been falsified is not considered member’s data.
We collect member’s data during the start up process. When you sign up for an
account we trace the IP Address and web log information only for security
purposes. On the sign up page we gather these types of information from you: 1.
contact information that includes your name, address, contact numbers, email
and other similar information; 2. Bank account information that you associate
with U-GotCash transactions. 3. Additional information such as social security
number, birthday, and other information for verification.
We store and protect this collected member’s data using our secure data system.
All information is guarded by the latest technology of encryption and firewalls
to prevent the system from being hacked. Secured monitoring policy is applied
to all our workplaces to prevent unauthorized persons from accessing our files.
Moreover, U-GotCash may share member’s data to its affiliates whom you transact
business with, to bank bureaus to comply with the law regarding account
policies, to third parties that have your consent, to law enforcement or
government authorities when needed. However, we do not allow our affiliates and
these parties mentioned to use your member’s data to learn more about you or to
market other services that you did not approve or transact with. Sharing your
data with them if needed is only to help trace any fraudulent actions and to
further enhance the great service we are providing to our members.
We provide necessary information to the company that you transact business with
in order to process your transaction with them either it is a send out payment
or received payment from them. Anything other than the transactions you
permitted we will not give Bank Account information unless due to subpoena or
certain legal process.
